Fees and Insurance
Most major insurance plans are accepted. For self-pay clients, the fee is $250 per session.
The mission of Rhode Island Psychotherapy is to make thoughtful, high-quality care accessible to those seeking support, healing, and meaningful change. To help make therapy available to a wider range of individuals, a limited number of sliding-scale appointments are available based on need.
Session Type and Duration
Therapy sessions are 55 minutes in length and are available both in person and virtually for clients throughout Rhode Island. In-person appointments are available on select days, while virtual sessions offer greater flexibility and convenience.
My approach is designed to help clients make meaningful progress in a focused and intentional way. While every person's needs are unique, many clients seek support for a specific challenge and experience significant growth within 6–10 weeks.
