Therapy for Meaningful Change
Life can present challenges that leave us feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, disconnected, or stuck. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, navigating a difficult relationship, facing a major life transition, or simply feeling that something in your life needs to change, therapy can provide support, clarity, and a path forward.
My approach is direct, caring, collaborative, and goal-oriented. Together, we will work to better understand what you are experiencing, identify meaningful goals, and develop effective and practical strategies that support lasting change.

Areas of Focus
While every client's needs are unique, many people seek therapy for a specific challenge and experience significant growth within a focused period of time.
Anxiety & Overthinking
Anxiety can affect every aspect of life, making it difficult to relax, focus, make decisions, or feel fully present. Whether you are experiencing excessive worry, racing thoughts, self-doubt, or feeling overwhelmed by daily life, therapy can help you better understand the patterns contributing to anxiety, develop effective coping strategies, and regain a greater sense of calm, confidence, and control.
Relationship Challenges
Relationships can be one of our greatest sources of joy and one of our greatest sources of stress. Whether you are navigating conflict, communication difficulties, boundaries, dating concerns, relationship transitions, or recurring relationship patterns, therapy can help you gain insight, strengthen your communication skills, and create healthier and more fulfilling connections.
Stress & Burnout
The demands of work, family, and daily responsibilities can leave even highly capable individuals feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. When stress becomes chronic, it can affect your physical health, emotional well-being, relationships, and overall quality of life. Therapy can help you reduce stress, restore balance, establish healthier boundaries, and create sustainable strategies that support long-term well-being.
Life Transitions
Life transitions can bring uncertainty, stress, and unexpected challenges, even when the change is ultimately positive. Whether you are navigating a career change, divorce, parenthood, retirement, relocation, loss, or another significant shift, therapy can provide support, perspective, and guidance. Together, we can help you adapt to change, strengthen your resilience, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
Personal Growth & Self-Discovery
Therapy is not only for times of crisis. Many individuals seek support because they want to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, improve their quality of life, and create a more meaningful future. Therapy can help you gain greater insight into your patterns, values, and goals while supporting you in becoming the person you want to be and creating a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
Trauma Recovery
Traumatic experiences can continue to affect your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and sense of safety long after the event has passed. Whether you are coping with a recent experience or the effects of events from the past, therapy can provide a safe and supportive space for healing. Together, we can work to understand the impact of trauma, develop effective coping strategies, and help you regain a greater sense of stability, empowerment, and well-being.
